Return Policy
It is of utmost importance to us that you are pleased with your order. However, if you are not, the following will apply:-
Our Mistake:-
If we made a mistake in filling the correct order, we will sent the correct item and bear the cost of shipping. Please inform us the actual full amount of the return shipping for the wrongly delivered item for us to make a refund to you.
Return and Exchange:-
If for any reason our bears do not meet your expectations, please notify us immediately for return instructions. When the bear reaches us in the "as new" condition, we shall have your payment for your bear only refunded, less the shipping cost.
Damaged Goods
If your bear arrives in a damaged condition during delivery, save the bear, the box and all packing material. Notify us immediately for us to place a claim with the freight carrier. We will replace the item for you.
Merry-Go-Bears insures all shipments and you may have to allow a representative access to inspect the damaged merchandise and packaging for us to make our claims accordingly.
